How it works
Set up your patch. Then BD is just yes or no.
Chat to Scout, set up your patch, and the data starts generating. From there, business development is a queue: yes or no, generate the comms, send. That's the whole workflow.
Getting set up takes a conversation
Chat to Scout
Tell it your desk and your patch. It checks live demand for free and tells you where the market is warm before you spend anything.
Set the cadence
Pick the mornings your searches run. Leads and signals land on their own from then on. Pause, edit or fire early any time.
Work the queue
Yes or no on each lead. Yes generates the comms, in your voice, to a named person. Read, approve, send. The list empties.
What happens when a search runs
It widens the brief
One title becomes the adjacent titles that pull the same talent pool: same field, same skill family, sensible seniority. One city becomes the commuter market around it. London reaches Croydon and Watford; it doesn't reach Reading.
It reads the live market
Live job adverts from multiple independent sources, restricted to the last 30 days. Around 121 adverts on a typical search, direct employers and agency-posted adverts both, because the agency ads are the route to hidden clients.
It qualifies hard
Every advert is judged against your brief on role, skills, seniority and commuter market, and every rejection carries a written reason. It knows Manchester UK from Manchester, New Hampshire.
It names the real company
Adverts posted by competing agencies are traced back to the client actually hiring. If the trail isn't strong enough to be confident, the lead is discarded rather than guessed.
It verifies before it delivers
Headcount checked against the company's own public footprint. Then it finds the decision makers: named people, chosen for that role at that size of company. No people found, no lead delivered.
Every decision is on the record
Each stage writes down what it decided, how confident it was, and what it read. Any lead, kept or discarded, can be explained after the fact.
The live progress screen. Close the tab; it keeps running, and the list updates itself.
Then your day looks like this
Open the queue. Yes or no on each lead. On a yes, the draft is one click away: pick the person, pick the channel, read it, send it, set the follow-up. Next.
